Hi mamas! I’m excited to launch my new project, Plant Based Baby, an online resource for mamas to encourage, empower and inspire. I’m here to tell you that you are doing an amazing job. I’m in your corner, cheering for you. Mamas don’t get enough support so this is my way of making positive change in that regard.

I raise my son Mateo in a plant based home (aka vegan eats, for those of you not into the label lingo), with Montessori inspired principles and gentle, respectful parenting. I treat him like the incredible being that he is and drop my jaw at all that he is capable of at just two years old.
