Hi, I’m Tracy. Raising my four year old son Mateo has been the biggest joy of my life. I don’t think there’s enough support out there for new moms so this project is me doing my part to change that.
My guiding principle, ahimsa, comes from the Hindu, Buddhist and Jainist concept, which, in simple terms, translates to nonviolence or having respect for all living things. This plays out in all aspects of our lives. We respect each other, the planet, the animals, and other people in our lives. I raise my son following many Montessori principles, teaching him life skills and treating him like the human he is. We DIY a lot, looking to recycle, upcycle, and create in a way that’s friendly to the world and wallet.
